HUD Transactions

Earnest money must be collected in certified funds and contract fully signed before you enter any bids on line. This is required by HUD. ___________________________________

Refer an agent to Transaction Realty and, should they decide to transfer, you will receive a $300 referral credit.

•All Earnest money must be mailed to the office the following day after acceptance.

Please remember to to fill out and send in the Escrow Letter-Earnest Money form with all submitted earnest money (located in ‘Forms’ section under ‘Micellaneous’).
